Based in Ovar, you will provide Health & Safety and administrative support to the Portuguese Sales Affiliate
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on Health & Safety matters and provide all necessary H&S documentation, including the project-specific safety plans
- Assure that all executed activities and processes follow QHSE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation
- Issue Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, Invoices and similar documents via the ERP (SAP/InforLN)
- Liaise with Clients to assess availability to receive materials and schedule assemblies
- Request transports to Logistics
- Subcontract assembly teams
- Follow-up the projects’ execution to assure Production, Logistics and Assembly lead times
- Other general administrative tasks
