鈥ollaborate with various medical and other medical support units, administrative services, and insurance/companies to achieve optimal clinical results.
鈥ommunicate with the patient/patient's family regularly during the treatment period so that comprehensive information regarding the patient's condition, examination/action plans during hospitalization, and discharge plans are conveyed well to the patient/patient's family and the insurance company.
鈥emind other RMOs and specialist doctors to complete medical records.
鈥rovide reports to the Head of AMA regarding inpatients and events in the wards which are their area of responsibility.
鈥ollaborate with the Case Manager for cases: (a) who require early discharge planning, (b) high risk, (c) high costs, (d) high potential for complaints, (e ) chronic disease, (f) complex/intricate, (g) the possibility of a complex financing system, (h) which requires special education to the patient/patient's family.
