• Provide basic technical support to users (simple hardware/software troubleshooting).
• Handle day-to-day IT service requests, such as password resets, network connectivity issues, etc.
• Perform basic documentation related to maintenance and support activities.
• Support IT asset inventory processes (labeling, checking, etc.).
• Coordinate with the IT team for issue reporting and resolution
