鈥evelop, monitor and maintain operational strategies and procedures as well as all inpatient nursing services and care in the ward within its responsibilities including administrative supervision as well as quality and safety improvement programs, to ensure operational activities and services provided run in accordance with predetermined standards and conditions by the hospital and/or applicable laws/regulations
鈥lan and monitor the provision, replacement, and maintenance of space, technology, equipment, workers, and other resources needed and develop processes that can overcome shortages of nursing resources to ensure the services provided run consistently and remain available when needed.
鈥mplement and monitor hospital wide measurement programs and improvement priorities selected by hospital leadership to ensure evaluation of employee performance and processes to improve service quality and patient safety
鈥lan and implement a workforce structure in accordance with operational needs, including developing a good communication culture, developing professional ethical practices, monitoring the quality of services and nursing care, as a guide for the services provided to patients
鈥rovide guidance and carry out personal and professional development, including orientation regarding safety procedures and practices, as well as conducting evaluations to ensure worker competency in accordance with applicable provisions, laws and regulations as well as hospital needs
鈥rovide operational support and nursing care when necessary, to ensure continuity of nursing services in inpatient services
鈥nsure completeness and carry out analysis of operational activity report data and quality and safety programs to take action in accordance with departmental operational needs and hospital needs or to determine the level of program effectiveness
