鈥rovide operational and administrative support related to the provision of Hospital financial reports to ensure the completeness of the data required by the relevant units
鈥arry out complete data entry according to the chart of accounts classification to create reports needed or used by Hospital management to determine the expenses and income of each division
鈥repare supporting financial reports to be used as attachments to the main financial reports
鈥istribute project financing requests so that each department/division's budget can be checked
鈥erform reconciliation of all transactions, both issued through the bank and cashier so that the documentation process can be carried out correctly
鈥ollect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be reported to superiors
鈥mplement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports necessary to support the achievement of overall hospital indicators and related department/unit targets.
