鈥etermine targets for external parties (doctors/specialists/agents/agencies) based on the hospital's facilities, resources and needs to develop appropriate approach strategies in introducing the services and facilities owned by the hospital
鈥ntroduce Hospital facilities, products and services to all potential doctors/specialists/agents/agencies
鈥stablish good and regular cooperative relationships with external parties to maximize increased use of Hospital facilities and services
鈥nsure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for use as monthly reporting
鈥ollect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities and visit results
鈥mplement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
鈥achelor Degree from Health
鈥ealth
鈥ave minimum 1 year experience in the same field (Preferably)
鈥roactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, and implementing strategies to enhance physician relations.
鈥bility to analyze referral patterns, performance metrics, and feedback to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
鈥amiliarity with healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR) can be advantageous.
