鈥esponsible for operational aspects of the Hospital's human resources department in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations and applicable accreditation requirements.
鈥upport recruiting backend and administrative support such as scheduling interviews, background checks, bid documentation, contracting and onboarding processes.
鈥repare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports and ensure that all payroll data is processed in a timely and accurate manner before sending reports to the Head Office HR team as well as the Hospital Finance team.
鈥ork closely with the Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement ideas/activities throughout the hospital (e.g., bonding events, themed office days, etc.)
