Assist the Sales and Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Maintain an organized filing system for sales records and marketing materials.
Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Generate sales reports, marketing performance reports, and analyze sales trends.
Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for internal and external use.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Help manage social media accounts, website updates, and email campaigns.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure alignment in sales and marketing efforts.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when required
