鈥esponsible for operational aspects of human resource management (HR) in the Hospital, in accordance with applicable HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations
鈥ncludes delivery of non-clinical training and development programs (e.g., working with trainers, preparing materials, booking venues, and so on), as well as overseeing and providing programs to ensure that goals are achieved
鈥rack employee attendance, participation or completion of training programs and prepare short reports to the Head of HR
鈥dentify training needs analysis for each position, including training required by the Hospital to prepare plans for implementing regular training and education
鈥anage the training budget to ensure the effectiveness of the training costs used
鈥onitor the procurement and availability of facilities and infrastructure needed to support the smoothness and effectiveness of the training and education process
鈥onitor the implementation of training, education and carry out evaluations to ensure that the objectives of providing training and education are achieved as planned
鈥ely on the availability and completeness of required data related to worker training and education to carry out analyzes or create required reports
