鈥ork on all operational aspects of the Hospital's human resources department (including recruitment processes, staff contracts & onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, etc.) in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures, as well as applicable labor regulations.
鈥anage the maintenance of staff data and records in the HRIS database and ensure that all records (including employment forms, licenses, certifications) are accurate and up to date (and work with affected staff to resolve any discrepancies).
鈥upport recruiting backend and administrative support such as scheduling interviews, background checks, bid documentation, contracting and onboarding processes.
鈥repare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports and ensure that all payroll data is processed in a timely and accurate manner before sending reports to the Head Office HR team as well as the Hospital Finance team.
鈥ork closely with the Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement ideas/activities throughout the hospital (e.g., bonding events, themed office days, etc.)
