鈥arrying out records (medications used, doctors in charge, etc.) which are useful for the continuity of the administration process for all inpatients and checking all patient information/needs (medical records, etc.) in collaboration with the nurses/medical records on duty and in charge answer.
鈥nsure all patient information is obtained to complete patient registration thoroughly.
鈥pdate treatment and care plans for all inpatient patients in each care unit, in collaboration with the responsible nursing unit head.
鈥ocument all doctor's services, all patient transactions during the treatment process (drugs, surgery, etc.).
鈥omplete and organize medical support forms for patients and ensure the completeness of patient medical records before returning them to the medical records department.
鈥xplain all administrative procedures and cost changes to patients/families.
鈥nsure that all billing for discharged patients is completed and confirm patient discharge with all relevant inpatient departments after receiving confirmation from attending doctors/nurses, and ensure no patient documents are left behind upon patient discharge.
鈥mplement quality service and safety procedures, including training, data collection, documentation, and/or report creation needed to support achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.

鈥xperience in an administrative or clerical role, especially in a healthcare setting, is preferred but not always required.

鈥roficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
鈥igh level of accuracy in handling patient information and medical documentation.
