鈥lan and supervise the overall management and service components of the pharmacy outpatient unit to ensure smooth operations and ensure that the standards and procedures set by the hospital are carried out correctly and consistently.
鈥oordinate all operational activities of the pharmaceutical outpatient unit, including administrative supervision as well as the availability, completeness and appropriateness of human resources and other resources (space, technology, equipment, drugs, etc.) to maintain operational policies and procedures that have been determined by management.
鈥rovide operational support in the pharmacy outpatient department if necessary to ensure continuity of service to the related unit
鈥arrying out the process of applying for new drugs and carrying out documentation to help plan the supply/procurement of drugs in pharmacy services at hospitals
鈥estroy drugs/narcotics that are damaged or expired or that do not eligible health requirements to ensure that the drugs/narcotics are not misused by certain parties
鈥rovide guidance and carry out personal and professional development, including orientation regarding safety procedures and practices, as well as conducting evaluations to ensure worker competency in accordance with applicable rules, laws and regulations as well as hospital needs
鈥nsure the completeness of all data and periodic reports from the pharmacy outpatient unit made by subordinates, and is responsible for personal reports, including: Drug purchase reports outside the formulary, COMO Reports, Wound Dressing Reports, Static drug reports and drugs that are almost/have expired
鈥arrying out socialization and education to workers in the pharmacy outpatient unit regarding existing new drugs, as well as conducting drug information services for all parties who need it to ensure that all relevant departments receive correct and appropriate information according to their needs.
鈥acilitate counseling needs for patients when necessary to help meet patient needs regarding drug education
鈥eceive and handle complaints from patients, patient families, doctors and nurses related to outpatient pharmaceutical services received and escalate them to superiors to ensure service satisfaction by related parties
鈥mplement and supervise procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including participating in training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
鈥nalyze operational activity report data and quality and safety programs to take action in accordance with departmental operational needs and hospital needs or to determine the level of program effectiveness
