鈥lan and monitor the preparation and implementation of the provision of all requests for pharmaceutical supplies as well as monitor all transactions and use of medicines/medical equipment in hospitals to ensure that the need for pharmaceutical supplies is met in accordance with applicable service standards, procedures and policies
鈥onitor and evaluate the planning and purchasing of pharmaceutical supplies needed to maintain the efficiency and integrity of pharmaceutical supplies operational activities
鈥onitor availability, completeness, up to changes in fixed stock data and maximum-Have minimum stock data for all goods in pharmaceutical services to ensure that the required data is always available
鈥onitor the condition, completeness and suitability of all pharmaceutical supplies and monitor the handling of these drugs/medical equipment, including the process of returning and destroying drugs/alkes that are unfit for use.
鈥onitor the use, storage and handling of Toxic and Dangerous Substances (B3), narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs and precursor drugs to ensure quality and safety standards related to these materials and drugs are in accordance with standards and procedures
鈥nsure the implementation of security activities and regulation of temperature, humidity and conditions of satellite warehouses to maintain the safe and stable stability of medicines stored in satellite warehouses
鈥eceive and handle complaints from all related parties regarding the services and inventory of the central warehouse received or the obstacles/difficulties faced and escalate them to superiors to ensure smoothness and satisfaction with the service
鈥nsure the completeness of all data and periodic reports made by subordinates so that they can be used in the analysis process
鈥mplement and supervise procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including participating in training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
鈥nalyze operational activity report data and quality and safety programs to take action in accordance with unit/department operational needs and hospital needs or to determine the level of program effectiveness
鈥achelor Degree from any related major (preferably Pharmacist)
鈥ny related major (preferably Pharmacist)
鈥ave minimum 3 years work experience in the same field
鈥roficiency in managing inventory systems, tracking stock levels, and handling procurement processes.
鈥ffective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, pharmacy staff, and other hospital departments.
鈥trong analytical skills to assess inventory needs, track usage patterns, and forecast future requirements.
