Implement and test new outreach techniques periodically to enhance prospect engagement and improve lead quality.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contact information for all leads in Zoho CRM, reviewing data regularly to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate regularly with assigned sales executives to refine outreach strategies, align on-target accounts, and development engagement approaches.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach activities, qualified leads, and engagement activities to support sales pipeline.
