Summary-Performs various simple fabrication, process, and assembly operation in production of low and high temperature insulation forms, blankets, and related products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:

• Ability to perform high temperature thermal insulation fabrication.
• Assembly operation in cutting metal foil and fiberglass insulation to size.
• Hand forming such skins, making cut-outs, or punching holes, assembling of matched foil skins and insulation layer.
• Hooking and folding edges, fabricating stiffeners, and identification tags.
• Cutting patches.
• Tack welding seams, and spot welding of skins, stiffeners and patches.
• Follow all Senior policies and procedure.
• Other duties as assigned.
