General Characteristics (Job Summary)
- Responsible for the planning and controlling quality activities in given particular disciplines in accordance with quality management system established by QC Manager.
- Plan, control, and perform inspections and tests on the discipline responsible and managing the inspectors in the disciplines for which he's responsible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Quality Procedure and Inspection Test Plan.
- Manage work performance on the particular discipline as per the applicable work process.
- Manage actual result of Quality Performance Indicator.
- Coordinate and monitor with other disciplines as required to provide corrective action.
- Liaise and solve with clients on Quality related matters such as Quality Issue and NCR, Observation.
- Manage work activity through system management tool (FMCS, SCMS).
