Job Summary (General Characteristics)
- Establish and analyze processes required for piping construction, eliminate risk factors in advance and manage piping construction.
- Manage construction execution budget and schedule.
- Manage safety, quality, materials, site, subcontractors, environment, drawings, productivity and work front.
- Coordinate with the client, subcontractors and relevant departments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensures safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department.
- Supervise and ensure construction quality in accordance with project specification and ITP(Inspection and Test Plan).
- Ensure necessary construction drawings and materials in advance of construction implementation.
- Manage construction progress and productivity by checking daily, weekly and monthly work done quantities.
- Monitor project budgets and ensures all work is completed within budget constraints.
- Communicate with senior management to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Coordinate with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensures all work meets company standards.
- Assign work front area to other supervisors based on skills and experienced of team members.
- Be responsible for timely issuance of PTW, Direct and Supervise sub-contractors construction team to ensure adherence to the PTW condition.
- Attend various walk down such as SMC (System Mechanical Completion), STC (System Test Certificate), PSSR (Pre / Post Startup Safety Review) along with company.
- Ensure and follow up completion and clearance of all punch items related to SMC, STC, PSSR Walk down.
- Promote near miss and unsafe acts identification program.
- Review the timesheet of rental manpower & machinery equipment.
- Supervise records of all Photos, e-mails, evidences of delay, lack of re-sources, failed in schedule to be informed to subcontract engineer / manager.
