General Characteristics (Job Summary)
- Assist Commissioning Manager, as a deputy manager, be responsible for general commissioning in Engineering and Construction project.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct pre-commissioning / start-up activities for the assigned project.
- Ensure that work being performed is within scope of services and within budget.
- Input to project management, engineering, and construction to ensure pre-commissioning / start-up requirements are incorporated into project activities, including review of project designs and construction to ensure plant operability and operating personnel safety.
- Establish commissioning plan including schedule, cost and organization.
- Supervise commissioning status and progress.
- Participate in meeting with client and follow up client鈥檚 comments.
- Coordinate with operator of client and process licensor.
- Plan to hire and train staff of commissioning.
- Organize Lessons Learned and plan to prevent.
- Ensure best practices by implementing and sustaining reliability centered on Commissioning and Operations processes and systems including Process engineering, planning and scheduling, materials management, and change management.
- Maintain client relationships by regular communication to better understand project operations- Utilize insight and experience by providing recommendations on strategy, best practices and other load commissioning and operational issues.
