- Acts as the catalyst and assumes the responsibility for facilitating the Samsung Engineering S.A.Y (Safety Around You) Culture program activities on the Project.
- The candidate must have the skill and power to stimulate, manage and coordinate the Culture effort.
- A Change agent is a person who acts as the catalyst and assumes the responsibility for managing and facilitating the Culture program activities on the Project.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coaching and advising relating to Culture program elements:
- Focus on those leading from the front regarding implementation of key culture activities.
- Coach Samsung E&A and Subcontractor SIs, Supervisors, Foreman and Worker teams.
- Advise HSE Managers (SECL, Client and Subcontractor).
Training and Field Coaching:
- Culture training for TBM Leader (for Construction Supervisors, Foremen and HSE Supervisor/Officers).
- Worker in the field training.
- Project HSE Trainer
Program Management facilitation:
- Deploy all components of the Culture program on the Project.
- Collect the required assurance components for HQ to establish all the Culture levels.
- Facilitate the Learning Teams meetings.
- Support the facilitation of the S.A.Y Leadership Team meetings.
- Conduct TBM, TAKE-5 and Culture Whiteboard effectiveness assessments.
- Assist Subcontractors with the implementation of culture improvement recommendations.
