- Undertake a wide range of operations like Finance and Accounting Operation and Management, Budgeting and Variance Analysis.
- Finalize Accounts and Reporting at Site Admin in Engineering and Construction project
Roles and Responsibilities
Cash Management and Budgeting - Petty Cash Management and Cost Control, Weekly Petty Cash Funds Replenishment and prepares Overall Monthly Fund Request for Site Admin.
- Payroll Operation - Supervise, check and suggest improvements on payroll related transactions such monthly payroll, leave salaries and full and final settlement.
- Monthly Report and Monitoring - prepare and analyze Monthly Site Expense Report.
- Check correctness and completeness of payment vouchers.
- Record accounting transactions.
- Monitor GL Open Accounts such as Payables, Advance Payment, Receivables, Deposits, Suspense and monitor controllable expenses such conference meals, team building meals, entertainment and events for Site Admin.
- Prepare annual depreciation and depletion tax schedules.
- Perform account analysis to ensure entries and balances are correct.
- Maintains ledger, statement, and accounts within established procedures at site office.
- Maintains and keeps record of invoice and voucher.
- Related document processing.
- May provides ad-hoc analysis and summaries of information as requested.
