- Responsible for helping enhance company reputation by proactive work related to public relations at site in Engineering & Construction Project
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsive to supporting role of all public relation related work at site.
- Release statement to the external stakeholder.
- Makes a good relationship with major figures in public office and press media.
- Monitors the changing trends of local labor law and verifies the impact from that change.
- Serves clients with meeting the request addressing public affair issue.
- Maintain working relationships with management and represent the company within the external community and public affairs network.
- Support community affairs, communication development and positioning of messaging and content for knowledge online, News Online and other internal and external communications vehicles
- Setting up the visa procedure
- Managing Visa status of employees in site
- Coordinate with Governmental institutes strategically.
