Job Summary
- Supervising the implementation of safety procedures and policies, managing safety projects, and providing technical expertise in safety engineering. Identifying and assessing potential safety risks and implementing measures to mitigate these risks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the supervisors and HSE staff on the site
- Supervise compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures on the project site.
- Develop and implement safety programs, including conducting safety audits and inspections, providing safety training to workers, and documenting safety records.
- Identify and assess potential safety risks, and implement measures to mitigate these risks.
- Investigate incidents and accidents on the project site, and develop and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Liaise with clients to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide safety input into project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in safety regulations and standards, and ensure compliance on the project site.
