Translate ambiguous business questions into scalable data services that drive measurable customer outcomes.
Partner closely with engineers, architects, and data scientists to shape pipelines, models, and APIs that power predictive and prescriptive use cases.
Collaborate with product teams across Sana to embed insights contextually into the webstore and admin experiences.
Lead prioritization and roadmap execution, balancing technical feasibility, data governance (GDPR, privacy), and business impact.
Partner with commercial stakeholders to link data value to adoption, upsell, and customer retention.
Establish clear success criteria, KPIs, MVPs, validation signals, for every initiative, ensuring we build for impact, not output.
Champion platformization: identifying where data services (scoring, segmentation, recommendations) can be abstracted and reused across customer journeys.
