Manage day-to-day analyst relations activities, coordinating briefings, data submissions, and follow-ups for key industry reports and evaluations.
Support the creation and maintenance of competitive materials, including battle cards, feature/function comparison sheets, objection-handling guides, and prospect-facing decks.
Conduct ongoing competitor research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management to ensure competitive insights are effectively used in customer-facing conversations and campaigns.
Update and maintain internal knowledge hubs, dashboards, and reports to increase the visibility and adoption of competitive and market intelligence.
Partner with Product Marketing and Strategy teams to ensure competitive insights inform product positioning, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market messaging.
Assist in developing and running internal enablement sessions to keep customer-facing teams up to date on competitive positioning.
