Key Responsibilities
- Design, development, and execution of the new graduate hiring in Japan
- Analyze trends in the Japanese new graduate hiring market
- Design and implement new recruiting processes and internship programs
- Enhance employer branding and candidate attraction through branding initiatives focused on new graduate hiring
- Work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and other HR teams to develop and deliver the Japan new graduate hiring strategy
- Lead improvement and expansion projects of candidate engagement and care initiatives to support intern and new graduate onboarding as well as intern to graduate conversions
