MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS
In this role, you鈥檒l negotiate and coordinate with international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances under the guidance of the retail key account lead. You鈥檒l manage the day-to-day business relationships with international customers and the Red Bull markets in which they operate. You鈥檒l champion a mindset of conditionality and profitability, inspiring both business partners and internal stakeholders. And you鈥檒l continuously leverage customer and shopper data to turn insights into impactful actions.
GLOBAL STRATEGY AND MARKET SUPPORT
In this position, you鈥檒l drive and deploy global channel and segment strategies together with market teams, facilitating workshops and best practice sharing sessions. You鈥檒l embody and expand the mindset and values of the Red Bull Key Account Framework, both globally and locally. You鈥檒l support the top 25 Red Bull countries in their strategic planning processes, offering valuable input and feedback for their annual business plans. And when needed, you鈥檒l provide hands-on support to selected countries to optimize key account management, focusing on sales drivers and profitability.
SUPPORT CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS
You鈥檒l support the expansion and enhancement of Customer Profitability, Demand Planning, and Value Chain analysis鈥攂oth in concept and system development. You鈥檒l also act as a strong sparring partner for Key Account Managers, collaborating on country-specific projects in revenue management, field sales, and demand planning.
CROSS DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION
You鈥檒l leverage your key role within the international team by proactively sharing your expertise, learnings, and challenges. You鈥檒l foster cross-departmental collaboration across HQ and regional teams, building a strong network within the global key account community.
