GLOBAL AMAZON STRATEGY AND MARKET SUPPORT
Youâll be responsible for building a cohesive global strategy and driving best practice sharing across regions. Youâll develop the Amazon Global strategy and deliver it through comprehensive frameworks, playbooks, and templates. Youâll support local teams in shaping and executing their local strategies â from deal event promotional planning to Amazon advertising retail media strategies, as well as in-stock and operational excellence initiatives. Additionally, youâll drive cross-market collaboration by organizing regular business reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training programs to ensure alignment and continuous improvement across all markets.
LEAD PAN-EUROPEAN AMAZON NEGOTIATIONS
Youâll play a key role in shaping the foundation of Red Bullâs partnership with Amazon. Youâll develop and execute a unified negotiation framework under the mandate of local markets, aligning trade terms, promotional strategies, and compliance requirements across regions. Youâll work closely with local Key Account Managers, as well as Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, to ensure a seamless negotiation process that prioritizes local market needs while balancing global objectives. Youâll also drive efficiency by shortening negotiation cycles and harmonizing terms, ultimately delivering stronger, mutually beneficial outcomes for both Red Bull and Amazon.
DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Youâll support local Key Account Management and Operations teams in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks. Youâll build and maintain dashboards to track trade terms, promotional calendars, and compliance metrics, ensuring visibility and alignment across markets. Youâll launch targeted initiatives to reduce chargebacks, shortages, and penalties, setting clear improvement goals and monitoring progress. Additionally, youâll streamline processes to free up local KAMsâ bandwidth, allowing them to focus on what matters most â driving growth and performance in their respective markets.
DRIVE DEAL EVENTS AND PROMOTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
Youâll lead the optimization of Amazon promotions to drive stronger ROI and accelerate sales growth. Youâll design coordinated promotional strategies that maximize impact across multiple markets, ensuring alignment and efficiency. Youâll collaborate closely with local teams to enhance retail media planning and execution, particularly during key Deal Events. By analyzing results and performance data, youâll identify opportunities for continuous optimization and future growth, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable value.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND GOVERNANCE
Youâll act as the trusted partner and central point of contact for Amazon, ensuring alignment and consistency across all markets. Youâll build and maintain strong relationships with Amazonâs key stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration at a strategic level. Youâll establish clear governance structures â defining roles, responsibilities, and approval processes â to enable smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, youâll serve as the voice of Red Bullâs markets, escalating and resolving critical issues with Amazon to ensure both partnership success and operational excellence.
