Area Objectives
- Achieves the targets of volume and distribution for his/her area.
- Ensures the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan.
- Maintains the correct stock levels in the corresponding distribution area.
Strategy and Planning
- Definition of a long-term distribution model for the area.
- Performs the annual investing and sales estimate for each Distributor.
Sales Management and Team Leadership
- Is responsible of creating and developing a strong commercial relationship with the Distributors based on a win-win focus.
- Encourages the Distribution Partner Managers to define ad hoc action plans for the distributors in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand.
- Leads the Distributorās Task Forces by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential.
Analysis
- Analyzes all variables that can affect the development of the brand in the area of responsibility and defines action plans to manage deviations.
Administration
- Is responsible for the correct management of the budget and for the control and replacement of the free goods in the area.
- Gathers in a periodical the necessary information from the Distributorās (stocks, global sales, agreed consumptionsā¦) and shares it internally with the people who may be affected.
- Reports periodically about evolution of the Distributionās objectives.
