- Lead sales analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities and execution gaps.
- Evaluate promotions and initiatives.
Training, Coaching & Capability Development
- Train and coach field sales and distributor teams.
- Ensure execution standards and routines.
Merchandising & Agency Management
- Coordinate outsourced merchandising services.
- Define KPIs and conduct service audits.
Cross-Functional & International Coordination
- Act as point of contact for international trade teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics.
