Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop long鈥憈erm national strategies aligned with HQ guidelines.
- Identify the most relevant channels and customers and build forward鈥憈hinking plans that drive sustained growth.
- Integrate industry and consumer insights with Marketing to shape impactful local direction.
- Lead annual business planning including budget, volume forecasting, and activation plans for all Key Accounts.
Key Account Management Excellence
- Maximise performance with existing top accounts through effective joint business planning.
- Acquire strategic new customers and negotiate win鈥憌in agreements that deliver long鈥憈erm value.
- Collaborate cross鈥慺unctionally and with external stakeholders, from buyers to logistics managers, to unlock business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional execution through coordination with Musketeers, Consumer Collecting teams, and other internal resources.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Continuously analyse customer performance, execution quality, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and optimise the Key Account Tracker and share updates with HQ twice per year.
- Use data to guide decision鈥憁aking and take corrective action where needed to protect profitability.
Leadership & Brand Stewardship
- Build strong relationships with industry leaders, venue managers, and key influencers.
- Act as an ambassador of the Red Bull brand, ensuring premium execution in every touchpoint.
- Set the example for your team by embodying Red Bull values and delivering excellence.
Driving National On Premise Objectives
- Own and deliver business plan targets for the entire On Premise channel.
- Align pricing and promotions with General Management, Off Premise, and Finance to protect margins and avoid cross鈥慶hannel cannibalization.
Team Development & Coaching
- Lead and support your team of seven direct reports, strengthening their capabilities to achieve business results.
- Develop each member鈥檚 strengths through coaching, guidance, and clear prioritization.
