KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management
- Ensure that orders are 100% captured through Sales order entry Tool.
- Coordinate with modern trade team for all order to delivery processes.
- Pre-dispatch plan with regional logistics and sales teams
- Coordinate with 3PL & regional teams on dispatches scheduled for Finished Goods & Promotional.
- Coordinate with distributors for discrepancies in orders.
- Dispatch route planning & achieve vehicle utilization above 80%.
- Sales planning & execution.
Reporting and Processes
- Ensures that Processes are executed as per Standard Organizational policy.
- Maintain the track sheet for Modern Trade direct and Customer service metrics.
- Ensures proper documentation for the movement of Goods.
- Month/Year-end closing, execution.
- Daily forecast Vs Sales report, which focuses on the daily track of the business in connection with Inventory.
- A consolidated, perhaps compact sales order to invoicing cycle report to stakeholders.
- Stock audit.
VISIT material management
- Promotional material deployment & reverse logistics from the market.
- Coordination with trade marketing and sales on Promotional material deployment.
Marketing Cell Management
- Ensuring the proper documentation is provided in time for marketing cell operations.
- Ensuring that returns are managed and documented, and system data is hygienic.
- Audit to stock and Promotional material in the marketing cell.
Cross-functional interaction
- Interactions with marketing on the movement of material for events and the return of material
- Connecting with Logistics on stock and Promotional material movements
- Interactions with trade marketing and sales on the movement of stock and Promotional materials where necessary.
