CRM Governance & Operations
- Ensure CRM governance, policies, protocols, and data quality routines are implemented and followed
- Establish and maintain data validation routines for CRM and BI environments
- Manage CRM onboarding, training, and continuous user support
- Be the go鈥憈o link between Global and the local team, making sure priorities stay aligned and adapting global solutions so they work best for our reality
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver accurate, business鈥憆eady dashboards and reports to our stakeholders
- Ensure data validation and reliability across all BI assets
- Provide insights and streamlined reporting to elevate execution quality and commercial outcomes
Sales Excellence & Commercial Effectiveness
- Act as Brazil Key User for sales excellence tools, ensuring optimized territory and segmentation processes
- Support targeting, prioritization, and performance management routines.
- Design and implement KPI frameworks and tracking processes for Sales Representatives, including visits, volume, distribution, SKUs, coolers, and execution standards
Incentive & Performance Campaigns
- Lead the development, governance, and communication of incentive policies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong alignment with commercial priorities
- Oversee KPI definition, target鈥憇etting cycles, data validation, and consolidation to ensure accurate performance tracking and fair compensation outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders (Field, HR, Finance, Leadership) to refine targets, validate qualitative inputs, and ensure transparent, timely submission of results
Cross鈥慒unctional Collaboration
- Connect Field, KAON, E&F, and BI teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Work closely with regions to address execution gaps, refine processes, and continuously improve sales capabilities
- Act as a problem鈥憇olving partner, fostering continuous improvement and operational clarity
