ANALYTICAL PROJECT EXECUTION â BRIDGE BUSINESS NEEDS AND ANALYTICS
Youâll lead international analytics projects with country organizations and Sales teams across all channels. Youâll translate commercial challenges into structured analytical use cases, partnering with Data Science to ensure insights are both robust and commercially relevant. Youâll then turn results into clear recommendations, co-creating and supporting the implementation of impactful plans with Sales and Commercial stakeholders.
REPORTING & DATA QUALITY â CONNECT DATA TO DECISIONS
Youâll own reporting for key commercial and analytics initiatives, delivering clear, actionable insights for business users. Youâll ensure post-project analysis is built into every initiative, with uplift measurement and recommendations for scaling. Working closely with Sales Data Management, Data Science, and Regional and Key Markets teams, youâll help ensure high-quality, consistent data and continuously improve KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION â TURN INSIGHT INTO ACTION
Youâll select the most effective channels and formatsâsuch as dashboards, presentations, playbooks, and workshopsâto share insights with Sales, Commercial, and Leadership teams. Youâll present strategic topics and project outcomes to senior stakeholders, clearly connecting data to business impact and next steps, while tailoring your message to different audiencesâfrom deep analytical discussions to clear âso what / now whatâ takeaways for commercial teams.
