DEMAND PLANNING
Analyze historical sales trends and drivers to develop the Operations Forecast for S&OP meetings, collaborate with Sales to align demand plans and address errors, provide an 18-month rolling forecast for Finished Goods and VISITS, identify risks and opportunities, support forecasting targets, offer insights for portfolio management, and work with Finance and Sales to optimize SKU portfolio based on complexity and costs.
S&OP PLANNING
Manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Execution (S&OE) processes for Finished Goods and VISIT/POS items, generate the local Supply Plan based on the consensus Demand Plan, and implement the global S&OP in local supply planning execution.
CUSTOMER COLLABORATION:
Develop and implement collaborative forecasting strategies with customers to improve accuracy and reduce costs, lead meetings with key customers to achieve consensus forecasts, and proactively address stock issues by coordinating with logistics, customer service, and sales teams.
SUPPLY PLANNING / EXECUTION:
Translate SKU monthly forecasts into effective supply plans, address demand and supply imbalances, manage inventory levels to avoid out-of-stocks and ensure product quality, oversee transitions of new and phasing-out SKUs, manage 3PL rework programs, support data accuracy and purchase price variance, provide rolling forecasts to Logistics, and assess impacts of customer base changes.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
Oversee daily management of the Demand & Supply Planning team, ensuring alignment with objectives, setting and reviewing goals, fostering teamwork and motivation, and providing regular updates.
