Recruitment
- Manage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the Red Bull businesses.
- Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.
- Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including new starter packs, inductions etc...)
- Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics.
Internal & External Partnerships
- Empower hiring managers and guide them in making the right hiring decisions and ensure clear communication between the HR team members and line managers.
- Partner, if required, with the global talent team and stay abreast of internal tools and processes.
- Manage our relationships with external recruitment firms and any other external TA partnerships.
Process, Tools and Programmes
- Use data and insights to analyze internal and external information and recommend solutions.
- Educate hiring managers on internal tools.
- Provide business, system and TA process training as needed.
- Champion ‘Red Bull Wingfinder’ as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates.
