Strategy: Lead & manage the implementation of Red Bull’s commercial strategy. Develop short & mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy, implement national price strategies & establish the customer pricing accordingly.
Analysis & Planning: Analyze available data sources (e.g. Nielsen & Customer data) & derive customer’s growth opportunities. Develop annual business & effective promotion plans.
Execution: lead the perfect store strategy, through influence internal (Field Sales team) and external.
Finance acumen and Tracking: Continuously track & adjust volume & profitability targets by using sales reports. Prepare & discuss success of executed plans with customer & show Red Bull’s contribution to their business.
Collaboration: Develop effective partnerships for Red Bull, to be seeing as key supplier & growth engine.
