Program & Project Governance: Lead the integrated plan for Tax Reform, ensuring governance, risk management, milestones, interdependencies, and clear communication across all involved areas.
Conduct PMO routines such as steering committees, status reports, risk reviews and decision forums, ensuring cross鈥慺unctional alignment.
Map AS鈥慖S and TO鈥態E processes, evaluating impacts, risks, interdependencies and opportunities for transformation.
Support technology and digital transformation initiatives connected to Finance and Tax Reform.
Develop documentation, training materials and PMO governance standards.
Actively participate in Finance and Technology transformation forums.
Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs (BI) to support progress visibility and strategic decision鈥憁aking.
Adopt a holistic approach to solve business complexities across Finance, Tax and Technology.
Promote a data鈥慸riven and AI鈥憃riented management culture, enabling smart decision鈥憁aking, is a plus.
