Your responsibilities:
You support our partners throughout the onboarding process on our ad server self-service platform and act as their primary point of contact for any questions or requests.
You handle technical and operational inquiries from our sellers via our ticketing system and proactively contribute effective solutions.
You assist in setting up campaigns, monitor their performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize results.
You prepare for customer meetings, participate in them, and take ownership of follow-up activities.
You analyze data, create performance reports, and deliver insights to drive ongoing campaign improvement.
