About Your Tasks

Monitor and analyze daily incoming payment transactions across multiple payment methods
Reconcile payment data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate booking in our financial systems
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities within existing payment processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Tech & IT, Platform Operations, and external Payment Service Providers
Prepare reports and KPI analyses to create transparency and actionable insights into our e-payment performance
Support the implementation of new payment methods, process improvements, and system changes
