THE DAY TO DAY:

• Assist with the preparation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of event spaces
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings to answer guest inquiries confidently
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring efficient service
• Deliver food and beverages to assigned tables as directed by the management team
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by clearing tableware and returning items to the clearing area
• Monitor and uphold food quality and presentation standards throughout service
• Adhere to all Oliver & Bonacini health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the event
