1) admission and enrollment of applicants/candidates to Nazarbayev University (hereinafter - the University);
2) making proposals to the Head on planning the work in corresponding field;
3) making proposals for improvement of admission and enrollment of applicants/candidates to the University programs;
4) interaction with foreign partners on standardized tests;
5) work with requests from the University's structural units, timely responses to letters and appeals from the citizens, partners, and third parties within the competence of the Division;
6) participation in promotion of the academic programs and recruitment events in order to attract applicants/candidates to the University programs within the Division’s competence;
7) interaction with government authorities and educational organizations within the competence of the Division;
8) maintenance, check and correction of applicants’/candidates’ data in electronic database;
9) interaction with structural divisions on the admission and enrollment of applicants/candidates to the University programs;
10) participation in identification, evaluation and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;
11) preparation of the statistical reports on the activities of the supervised direction;
12) preparation of the materials for publishing on the Division’s section on the University official website and mailouts to the applicants/candidates within the framework of supervised direction;
13) keeping the personal files of applicants/candidates/students safe before transferring to the relevant structural unit of the University;
14) informs the Head in a timely manner of possible risks, threats, appearance of extraordinary situations for timely preventive action;
15) upgrades the qualifications in accordance with the job description;
16) timely and proper fulfillment of orders of the Head and the University management;
17) observe the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University`s internal documents;
18) is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;
19) is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official document, and disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted distribution which shall not be disclosed according to the requirements of the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the University;
20) in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer).
