This job requires building a digital marketing strategy to attract more candidates to our job sites through SEO, paid advertisements, and social media.
They key is to identify the proper strategy to attract candidates, know how to advertise the right jobs to the right people and to executive across various channels and online communities. Success will be measured quantitatively based on growth in site visits and applications over time.
Secondarily, we have build an exceptional training program that we offer to employers. We'd like to distribute this training into bite sized insights across various channels we have to boost Jobs for Humanity's brand.
This role reports to the Executive Director and focuses on creating and implementing compelling and engaging digital experiences that resonate with employers and job seekers. As gatekeeper to our owned digital experience, you are involved in the website at the strategic, tactical and operational levels.
Currently, the team is working from their respective homes and the expectation is that this role will operate as a fully remote.
