Responsible patching, requiring collaboration with the engineering team and server business owners to identify patching and restart procedures.
Includes standard patching cycles, expedited patching with after-hours and weekend deployments
Working with BigFix to deploy/remove agents and applications to the Windows server environment.
Generate reports within BigFix applications for security and audit requests. Extensive operational experience with BigFix, including application upgrades, is a must.
