Job Description
Client Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding website maintenance and updates.
Understand and gather client requirements, translating them into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
Project Management:
Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance requests.
Manage and prioritize multiple client requests, ensuring efficient workflow and timely updates.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the implementation of website updates and maintenance, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.
Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement or necessary updates.
Communication:
Regularly update clients on the progress of their requests, maintaining clear and open communication.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them understand the maintenance process and any technical aspects.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and solutions.
Facilitate effective teamwork by bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
