We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of de Gournay. This role involves managing daily operations, supporting a growing team, and playing a key role in the success of our Beirut office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to the Founder, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling all communications.
- Oversee and manage a team based in Beirut, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Assist in setting up and managing business processes, with a proven track record of leading a team of 10 or more staff members.
- Engage in and contribute to interior design and decoration projects with creativity and insight.
- Organize the Founder's complex schedule initially, with the responsibility to recruit and train additional team members to take over this task as operations expand.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, with the ability to travel from Beirut (preferably with a foreign passport).
