Assess the Group Corporate Brand identity and suggest a strategic action plan, revamping if necessary.
As Telecel is in expansion mode and is continuously adding new operations and entities across Africa, the Marcomm Manager should develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive strategy and action plan for rebranding of different companies.
Build, plan, implement, manage, and execute the overall PR, communication, and digital marketing strategy of the Company and its entities.
Manage, oversee, and monitor different digital marketing channels to properly report on their status and develop relevant content to maintain a solid presence.
Coordinate with the media agencies appointed/to be appointed by the Company to implement properly the plans and objectives set.
Coordinate and follow up with the Company-appointed media and production agencies to ensure wide coverage in tier one and other relevant premium publications, magazines, newspapers, etc.
Research competition, and advertising trends, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
Promote/attend/participate in special events and functions; promote and report on corporate milestones and activities.
Any other item deemed necessary by the board of directors, executives, and Group CEO.
