We’re looking for a dedicated and personable communication manager to service clients, maintain brands’ communication and serve as our main point of contact with our clients, as well as plan and implement strategic decisions for their brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing marketing plans and thinking strategically, must be agile and a quick thinker. Description of this role
- Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and the client in all matters related to brand communication, requests and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of projects, implementation plans, project planning, and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with internal teams to develop strategic communication plans across various channels and disciplines, including and not limited to advertising and social media
- Ensure KPIs are being met across all marketing channels
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings Develop a thorough understanding of clients and their products, and conduct competitive benchmarking as well as monitoring reports.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Develop PR and external comms strategies in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials including releases, media kits, and presentations
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Build marketing and branding strategies
- Drive the social media work across our client portfolio, to meet KPIs and generate desired results with the help of the team
- Develop, execute, and manage below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies, promotional events, materials, and campaigns to engage target audiences effectively while analyzing market trends, collaborating with external agencies, and ensuring integrated marketing communication efforts.
- Source, liaise and Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of excellent product

Required skills and qualifications
- Professional experience in an advertising or digital agency as a must
- Professional Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred skills and qualifications
- 5+ years' of experience in communications role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive feedback
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media channels with common software such as adobe suite, social media channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
