To coordinate with "Guest Relation Department" covering received claims, and dispatch them to the technical team.
To update and follow up regarding the daily tasks and emergencies schedule on a daily basis.
To create and update the daily schedule & insure data entry.
To assign tasks to the technical team, follow up & insure task accomplishment in a prompt and efficient manner.
To offer technical support for the technical team, regarding fast and urgent decision making.
To Coordinate with the regional maintenance coordinators & report to the Senior Coordinator for any discrepancies or issue.
To follow-up & supervise the technical team and report back to the Senior Coordinator for any discrepancies or issue.
To complete tasks assigned by the management.
To coordinate with the Owner鈥檚 contact center coordinator.
To handle the "Petit Cash" during the Senior Coordinator鈥檚 absence.
To closely follow-up and solve problematic issues and related projects and report back to the Senior Coordinator.
To complete a full snagging & commissioning for all new listings (onboarding).
To coordinate with suppliers and outsource people for quotations and inquiries.
To perform regular inventory of the maintenance store as well as technical team's tools & equipment.
To report the Senior Coordinator any misconducting behavior or anomaly upon occurrence.
