We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead our production of high-quality baked goods and pastries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both traditional and modern techniques, and a passion for creating exceptional products that meet brand standards and customer expectations
β Create and produce a wide range of bakery and pastry items including:
β Croissants (classic, filled, and creative variations)
β Breads (sourdough, brioche, focaccia, baguettes)
β Cakes and cake batters (sponge, chiffon, pound, and layered cakes)
β Cookies, muffins, brownies, and bars
β Tarts, eclairs, choux pastry, and mille-feuille
β Middle Eastern and international dessert items
β Seasonal and custom-designed baked products
β Innovate and test new recipes with a focus on creativity, presentation, and taste
β Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to brand standards
β Supervise daily operations of the bakery and pastry section
β Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
β Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering and inventory
β Lead and train junior staff to follow recipes and techniques correctly
β Collaborate with the management team on menu development and seasonal offerings
