- Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for government officials and team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, for government documents and records
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and briefings
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information exchange
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to senior management and team members as required
- Ensure compliance with government portals
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures
